"I've been running since I was 10 years old and have had 4 coaches since I started. I strongly believe that Coach Stauderman has been the best one I've worked with. We set ambitious goals and accomplished them in the Spring of 2026, breaking 1:10 in the half marathon and running 2:28 at Boston. Coach Stauderman knows how to get things done and for his athletes to be successful."

- Nicholas Robinson (Connecticut)

"Erik's training program helped us accomplish our goal of breaking 2 hours in the Buffalo half marathon. The workouts pushed us to the limits we didn't know we could reach, while remaining manageable and building the endurance needed to succeed."

- Andrew Lemay & Megan Bickert (Buffalo)

"I didn't understand the importance of having a running coach until I dealt with an IT band injury. Erik's ability to give me a cross training program for 3-4 weeks helped me to stay focused and active during my half marathon training, which eventually led to a PR."

- Floyd Samuels (Brooklyn)

Do I need to have prior experience?

Not at all. We work with athletes of all paces and abilities. From those just starting their journey to competitive athletes looking to achieve personal records and achieve new heights!

How does the running plan development work?

Your running plan will

be completely personalized to you. After consultation, you'll receive your first week's plan in a shared Google Sheet. Your coach will then update it once a week after hearing your feedback from the prior week.

What is the commitment and pricing?

We work on a monthly recurring payment plan. The cost will be determined on what type of plan you choose. You will only need to commit for the month you pay and can cancel anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this solely running and solely Pilates or can I do both?

We strongly encourage you to do both! Pilates helps runners build strength, enhance mobility, and prevent injury. With specialized runner-focused Pilates sessions designed to support every mile, we have different plans for people of all abilities.

How does Pilates coaching work since it's not in person?

Our Pilates instructor will send specialized videos and guide materials for you to successfully complete various exercises. As you progress in your practice, you'll eventually be able to follow a written plan. We will provide the content that is best for each athlete as they progress.

Why should I choose StrideCore?

StrideCore combines evidence‑based running and Pilates coaching with individualized support. We don’t hand you a generic plan. We learn your history, goals, and schedule, then build and adjust your training around your daily life.
